How do I use it?

1. Attach the Magnetic Angle Block
Place your knife against the magnetic guide — it automatically locks at the perfect sharpening angle (15° for Japanese blades or 20° for regular kitchen knives).

 

2. Roll to Sharpen
With light pressure, roll the diamond-coated wheel back and forth along one side of the blade 5–10 times. You’ll feel the edge smooth and refine as you go.

 

3. Flip and Repeat
Detach the knife, flip it to the other side, and repeat the rolling motion. The balanced design keeps your pressure consistent for a flawless, even edge.
